Warranty Claim Process:
Contact Customer Service: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at customercare@mall.mt or trough online formular at our webpage under ‘contact us’ section.

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have a readable proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
- Inspection and Approval:
o Our team will inspect the product from description, pictures, videos etc. submitted by You electronically as instructed by Customer Service to determine if it meets the warranty criteria.
o If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same product.
o Should the product become discontinued, a similar product or a depreciated value voucher will be provided to the client.
o The repair or replacement of the product must be completed within a reasonable time, not exceeding 60 calendar days from the time the product was returned.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for warranty service and back.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
